Shipping and Returns:

Covid-19 Statement:
In this uncertain time, I am still shipping out orders as normal, whilst it is safe to do so. I am monitoring the situation daily and will notify you via email should this change. Please also note that because of this unprecedented situation, print orders may take slightly longer to arrive than usual. Once you have made your order, I will email you to keep you updated on the shipping process. 

Shipping couriers now have a contactless delivery service set up, and this will mean you will not be asked to sign for your parcel at point of delivery at this time.

What happens following my order?
Following your order (thank you!) Your order will be confirmed via email, and the item will be dispatched to you within one  working week. You will receive and email confirming that the item has been shipped. 

Do you deliver items internationally?
Shipping is worldwide! I endeavor to get your item to you as quickly as possible, however am unable to accept responsibility for delays that may be potentially caused by postal or customs.

If an item is not currently listed to have international delivery, please email stokeandbear.art@gmail.com to enquire further about whether the item can be shipped to you. 

When will my order be delivered?
Orders are shipped very frequently - delivery times can vary depending the destination but all items are dispatched within one working week. 

What if I wish to return my item?
I want to make sure you are completely happy with your order. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason and wish to return it, please return the item as it was delivered, in its original packaging within 14 days, and email stokeandbear.art@gmail.com to arrange a refund.
